While reading most of the Pacers it Bagels my mind , it seems like the defendents had a massive huddle to be on the same page.........From MB he says that this is just throwing the kitchen sink at us and hoping that it lands on something.....

     Expecting the unexpected, does anyone with law experience believe that there can any more delays.........Could the Judge budge a second time and delay the trial past the first week of January........Just a conversaton............Larry
