I know its been theorized by some that Swartz is limiting his exposure, and that still may be the primary reason, but I was just thinking that Swartz might be having quite a tax bill this year. If he has most $ tied up and needs to take care of Uncle Sam, it certainly would make sense to take more profit by selling off PTSC shares and at the same time minimize exposure. Perhaps Swartz is selling out of necessity, because other options for raising cash are not as good. Just a thought. Opty
