It is NOT S&L.

I said this many times before:
Look at the last proxy (02/07), where it's stated, that Lincoln owns 8,52% = about 23mio warrants and 8,5 mio shares.
Warrants are sold until end of September and even if S&L didn't sell shares (what I guess, they did), they only have about 2,5% ownership with the remaining 8,5mio shares.

My guess would be, we might see some new shareholders, if they have more than 5%...but that's complete IMHO
