Are more TPL suits likely ?

Does anyone know how patent enforcement typically plays out?

Are we likely to see TPL sue additional companies for patent infringement?

Is a constant stream of law suits common when so many companies are infringing on a patent, and there’s potentially large amounts of money involved?

Or does nearly every other infringer fold when the first suit is settled in favor of the patent holder?

If another company refuses to purchase a license and would rather take on the law suit should we sell PTSC? The presumption might be that any company willing to take on litigation, after the 1st suit is settled in favor of TPL, must have some good ammunition.

I have no answers to above and I know these are all "what if" questions, but does anyone have experience or insight re these questions?
