I agree, and somewhat surprised that pautaotzu's post has not seen any follow up. In one of the recent pleadings I believe the defendants were complaining that they did not yet know the extent of damages being claimed by plaintiffs. The above statement does two things, (1) it clearly is telling us that there IS infringement and (2) that the extent of the damages being claimed is not yet known.
