First, per TPL at the AMS, 485 companies have been put on notice.
Second, if you own something that you can sell to many customers (485+) and, to enable such sales at bigger prices you need to sell some (10%?) at lower prices to make it happen, and for much higher prices (5X, 10X), what do you do? Keep in mind you are alotted 8-14 years to accomplish all sales.
1) Sell them all today at low prices?
2) Sell some to enable a far greater reward later, like commencing in six months?
What would you do? And you demand an explanation from PTSC management (which isn't even in the driver's seat for litigation/settlements)?
