Hey mvaar- Let me get this straight - TPL is somehow on board with this cockamamie fingerpointing as if the invalidating of some of the jointly owned patents will somehow benefit TPL? Please follow though and explain how this diabolical scheme works exactly. Please go slow for some of us readers as sometimes we get distracted by reruns of "I Love Lucy". Would your ridiculously far-fetched "plot" not be the proverbial cutting off one's nose to spite one's face?
