Just thinking about the program " to tell the truth"........

Fish and Moore.....Partnerships..........Nothing is 50-50.........Good guy / bad guy, some one brings to the table what someone is lacking..........Lets say that Moore was the guy who had this dream, but with out Fish's imput the work would never have happened...........Either inventor would be INCOMPLETE without the other..........

For whatever reasons the day they filed for the patent both names were on the application..............Uneducated opinion is that it does not matter the reason..........Unless it can be proved that one person had a gun to the others head , does it matter......Blackmail..........

All we know is that Fish and Moore agreed in court that they each have/own a 50& share of the pie, even if truth be told that that is not their true feelings..........................You sign a contract and that becomes the truth/law.................

Like i posted last week, you do your best to add confusion/defendents in the hope that confusion will render a poor verdict in your favor...........It is called baffeling with BS.......When the defendants are throwing the kitchen sink , just duck and stay calm...

At this point Moore tpl& PTSC own the patents.............I do not believe that the defendents can prove fraud in regard to Fish and MOORE..............Larry
