I think you nailed it.  I think this would explain yesterday's trading action; somebody in-the-KNOW jumped on it.  While the SEC might look at it - good luck chasing down and prosecuting some dude in Tiawan.

This news is bigger than some may think, IMO.  While it may or may not involve big bucks, we've broken into the Taiwan/Chinese market.  Now I want to see us nail a South Korean company!

I am frankly surprised that there hasn't been a bigger move in the PPS.  But, probably like Lego, people don't see this as a big buck deal and don't recognize the underlying significance.  But with the warrants essentially out of the way, I still would have expected a bigger move in PPS (on more volume).  But the day is young....
