You are certainly right about the big seller(s) stepping in when we get news.

One possibility it is S & L warrant conversion continuing. That's as good of an explaination as I know, but it is prue speculation. We KNOW this process is to be completed in October per company communications. IMO, that's very good news.

We'll see how much or how little it helps with news at the ASM or in November and afterwards. My guess is JT will announce the end of S & L's warrants just before or at the ASM and give us the price tag. This could be used as one of the reasons we will not receive a divy at this time. That may satisfy some of the larger investors who enjoy the divy benefits.

For me, JT's letter was very well done and I especially like his explaination of the current pps....no Big Red button. It has always amazed me at home many people believe a CEO can turn up the volume at any given time. IMO, Wall Street simply does not work that way over any extended period of time.
