Not to change the subject, becuse the recent pacer filings are important, but what I find amazing is this.:

In 1994 or '95 microprocessor chips took a huge leap in advancements. All of the sudden they were able to operate at a much higher speeds at lower temperature with less power consumption. It was amazing, Intel chips were doing it, Amd, Toshiba, NEC, Sony the list goes on and on. It was like a gift from the Gods to everybody. And what is truely amazing is that everybody just shared these technological advancements with everyone else. They had to cause they all had it. And nobody said this is mine , and you AMD can't have it, or you Toshiba can't have it, or you NEC. Nobody litigated over this advancement. No one said you are infringeing the 124 patent or this patent or that patent and do you know why?
