I do not sell that many cars to the public , but over the past 5 years i retailed about 60 cars on EBAY.................I would never get full retail even though i had an excellent rating.........Be patient, and bookmark the Eclispe on Ebay........Call the owner and if he is a dealer that is ok ,but you want to know if the car was through the shop/checked out............I have had many people travel over two thousand miles to buy one of my cars on EBAY.....Crazy......Let the seller know that you will pay a fair price but you want the truth/actual condition of car.......Carfax can be a bad /misleading /tool to use, cause many times fender benders are not listed and sometimes a minor blimp is listed as being in an accident...........I know i am making it sound like you have to be paranoid and for good reason......

I would rather have a few scrapes and dings than paint work on a car , because you will never know how badly the car was hit.......Do your best to find a car that has origional paint............You can always have the car done your self.............

Lastly, it is a used car so it will need some work especialy since the car is 4-8 years old...............I would say to find a handy mans special and get the car cheap and slowly fix it up............If he does not respect the car then you save some lot and you will not be to upset if he shows the car NO RESSPECT.......I have been there.............Good luck............Larry
