IMO, money is king, and some of the company's listed have the plans / ideas but lack the cash to survive ? .........PTSC has the cash........In the game of survival go you patner up or go belly up.......

Look, PTSC had to sell it's sole to stay in business, so i am sure that we can find SYNERGY / win win with another co.......LMO
