First: You suggested a possibility, conjecture.

Second: That isn't an answer. If you suggest something, it seems to me you should back it up with some reasoning of how it could occur. Instead you back it up with nothing. This board is for discussion of possibilities. A discussion is an exchange of ideas through refinement. This is NOT a discussion. It's you suggesting something off the wall, me posing a few questions towards refining the discussion or killing it, you not being responsive to the questions (yet pose your own). No refinement, no discussion - except that developed by others.
