Waiting for better times/pricing sounds interesting but probably is not the best approach. Sales now not only puts pressure on other lawyers to recommend their company buy a license, but it also puts pressure on J3 to settle.
The assumption underlying sales now rather than later is that more company lawyers are concluding that the license is valid and must be purchased. In a sense these are legal votes, made by critical lawyers, in support of the MMP Portfolio.
A bird in the hand, better yet multiple birds in the hand now, could stimulate even more sales. I vote for the sales avalanche; prices would rise as a result. The litigation lawyers might also be influenced by a burst of sales.
