Good questions with lots of possible answers.

My guess is S & L needed to be a non-issue for pps appreciation and to justify marketing efforts. While many here believe they have not been our best partner, I believe they saved our bacon and have been duly rewarded. For my money, PTSC will close the S & L chapter and move on.

The same is somewhat true of the pending TX legal issues. However, the positive Markman ruling works in our favor and I have to believe settlement negotiations are on-going. The results could be big or we could be sitting here in January waiting on another ruling. As an EDIG owner, I KNOW waiting.

I believe the “marketing campaign” Ron mentioned was more about finding those individuals and / or investors that specialize in speculative penny stocks. There are many, but we have not seen the volume to make me believe these types of investors are on board now. Time will tell all on this one. I do expect larger investors to buy into the new PTSC once we know what PTSC will become -- other than a very successful patent owner.

Stick and stones may break our bones, but "patent troll" will never hurt me.

The PR campaign we are seeing now, IMO, is just a sample of what can and should happen as PTSC gathers itself and presents a longer term biz plan. We really don't know what the company will look like in 12 months, much less in three years. The "trust factor" is in the hands of our management team. They will present an action plan. The shareholders and investment community will vote with their wallets once the plan is on the table. I like what I am seeing.

This is a long term investment for me. I'm not a trader (too dumb to know when to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em). So, having top drawer talent at the top of a very lean company is a good thing. The cash in the bank is a better thing...and, for me, the divys are a GREAT thing. I like our chances, but the risk is inherent -- this is a speculative penny. Big risk = big reward.

Others will differ, but that's why we do this, isn't it?

John
