It was a slip of the tongue, or a slip of what was written (they all sound the same, Nikon, Nokia, NEC, Casio) or a slip on inside information. Your guess is as good as mine. I am not concerned and it is not a big deal except in the short run where you will get a jump in stock price. I am not pleased with SP but it is a great opportunity to buy PTSC. When it hits .75 that would be a 60% gain from present prices. I have been buying a lot lately. I also bought at 1.20 and 1.30 etc. .75 looks real good right now and i think the hand of god should be buying also because we know you have inside information.

Ward's ruling I think goes to a higher court of review of some sort where they make the judgement. I believe that TPL did this to bring focus to the real areas of infringement that they are confident on winning. I believe this is correct and if it is not then please correct. Thanks.
