I'm sure the 300 number is closer to reality than the 500 is.

The only things I seem to be a little concerned with are the lack of some disclosure re: the courts etc etc, and very simply, if one was a newbie listening in on this broadcast one would assume we were selling for a heck of lot more than than under a half a buck.

Mr. Turley's responses were exactly as a good "marketeer" would do, "up and to the right", "sitting on a gold mine" "best financial position ever" etc etc... IMO right on target for such an interview and well spoken. He did a real good job, IMO....I should know a little on that, I was a Marketing Mgr. for 5-6 years on some  Bell Labs patented items so I've "been there done that" to some extent of what he's going through right now.

 Also been involved with 2-3 \Markman hearings and at least 3 PTO re-exams.

 All I can say about those is....they can and will try our patience. Time is not on our side as far as delayed revenue is concerned but the good part at least is...we notified those 300 possible infringers and as long as they've been notified the licensing fees can go back ...at least...to the day of notification if the company so desires to ask fior that in their settlement demands.
