With all due respect, please be aware of the language you are using and the language that should be used, as there is a big difference between the 2. Dutton did not predict (as in they think it is likely to happen) anything. What they did was project (show us the way they think the numbers would come out assuming a specific thing does happen). Also, they did not do any best case/worst case scenario. They simply presented number assuming certain growth percentages. Again, big difference in interpretation.
