Would you care to comment on why TPL motioned to strike the invalidity defense.  And then motioned to ignore the request after meeting repeatedly with the defendant.

 A Texas judge has granted a request by an intellectual property holding company to ignore its motion to strike an invalidity defense by three electronics maker in a protracted skirmish over microprocessor patents.
