I do recall those words from the Fish/Higgins letter, I believe, about SHBoom not utilizing at least some of the MMP ('148 and '336?).  So maybe something to do with the old SHBoom?

My ignorance is showing....  But I'm fairly convinced that there is some major synergy between Imsys and PTSC, and it has to do with JAVA.
