Do you want Patriot to buy back nearly 20mio shares at 1,20 - or at 0,60?
This is a lumpy difference of 12mio $.
The same with the 7mio warrants: 7mio warrants for 0,50 each or 1,20 makes a difference of nearly 5mio bucks.
This equals 17mio $ - enough money to buy another interesting company.
Well, in my opinion this is not a bad sign of money management...
