Agreed about the story being unusually difficult to comprehend as being a factor in lack of buyers.  The herd wants simple to understand and they turn off their brains at a second and third level of complexity.  We are a couple of levels deeper than that imo.  It sometimes also goes overlooked but the dividend makes this investment a very safe bet.  Think about it.  At .50 and a .04 annual total dividend promised we are doing better than a CD or bond fund of late and you still have the potential of a ten bagger down the road if this thing skyrockets.  Where else can you find that combination of safety and upside potential???
