With the withdrawal of this motion, that leaves all the obviousness contentions just as they were.  And you bring up a good point, in that the court may not accept all those contentions for the same reason we made the mothion. They do not fit the rules.  So I fully expect to see something from  MEI on this subject quite soon.  Opti
