It's interesting that there is no log in the 336 trail for a re-exam request by a third part requester. We know PUBPAT made a request on 2/1/2007, and they touted that the USPTO affirmed their request to review validity on 4/10/2007, but it looks like things were well underway beforehand (re-exam ordered on 1/15). Makes it look to me like PUBPAT was just posturing for the sake of self-promotion (anybody surprised?).

Anyone have any idea why there is no mention of a third party requester for 336?
