There really is no excuse for getting a Network Solutions under construction page. I have 6 sites I actively manage and all of them are under Network Solutions as the Domain Provider and another company as the host provider. I would never let my business get this page for a second. Regardless of the circumstances.
They should take some of the cash and hire a kid out of College to watch their website. No excuse.
