No, there has been no announcement according the date of the SHM, thus I asked you.
The only hint in the 10K says they will deliver the proxy maximum 120 days after the end of the 10K = 28th of September. Of course they can bring out the proxy earlier - we'll see.
Regarding the website: One of our members in our closed german MB mentioned it on saturday morning german time, so I guess, they shut down the side from friday night to saturday morning.
