sorry but not buying it.  Say you are an investment firm and you have something that you are comparing to Walmart.  You have dividends every 6 months and at least a 10x potential.  You think you are going to sell?  To reduce risk?  You hit the mother lode.  This is what you invest in the high risk companies for, to hit the jackpot.  I cannot fathom Swartz selling their shares at this stage of litigation.
