JMO-There are many people jumping in and out to try to catch upswings etc in the overall market given the exceptional volatility. They are taking the "calculated risk" (guessing) that a settlement is not especially imminent at this moment and are lightening up here to play elsewhere. Those dynamics will come home to roost when great news hits this stock and a boatload of buyers try to squeeze through the same door. Gonna be pretty entertaining when that happens.
