How many OTC penny stocks can publish "zero debt" and pay a divy not once, but twice; AND have a huge pile-o-cash to play with?

Overall, looks good to me -- except your no divy part. lol I believe the BOD has a "maybe" divy policy in place based on the co. conditions at the time.

I like money and Ms. JHawk likes to spend it. When companies I invest in have extra with no public plan, I can spend it better than they can. If not paid to me, it starts to feel like government's "baseline budget" nonsense where a 5% increase is touted as a "huge cut" from the built-in 7% and, certainly, children will die. Ok, that's it for the government waste portion of this drivel.

I know the divy issue is, and will continue to be, a discussion topic. For me, it is a no brainer....take the money! Once a solid plan is in place and we KNOW the results of the current legal issues, then should pay us more money. They have plenty of operating capital with lots of room to grow via buy out or R & D. It's not as if PTSC must have cash to buy another company. Most buy outs are not totally cash based. In the LBO world, cash is not king.

We don't KNOW PTSC's biz plan and my guess is that is exactly why management has moved our ASM to Oct. It should be an interesting meeting depending on what moves or deals are announced prior to Oct. If it were me, I'd hold off those major license / settlement announcements, if any, until I paid off the warrants at the lower pps. Of course, that's just me.

These guys are not dumb. They KNOW they will need a fairly specific biz plan, based on the various outcomes in TX, to move forward with a conservative view of the IP cash cow flow.

The above is from someone who knows less than Rick, so less than 'nuttin.
