Sorry, I need to resubmit my earlier post which is confusing. S/B

I am wondering how the motion to strike is impacted if MEI settled. The invalidity claims were made on behalf of all the Js ?. If so, I presume that MEI can not unilaterally pull it, or other Js might want to respond even if MEI no longer wants to. I sure would like to hear opionions on this. Opti
