What in the world could MEI offer TPL to agree to settle this matter before the court? Would TPL just let it go because of some consession from MEI or does TPL believe that MEI may have a good point to offer the court to find in their favor?

I for one think that if a settlement is being worked out then they would not be asking for such a date to extend to, not for a settlement but for the life of me I would not know what it would be.
