Humm...did anyone speculate "instruction groups" would be the issue?

I guess Judge Ward or his staff have pretty good grasp on the technical aspects after the atorney with the white hat 'splained it.

I'll let the legal minds have at the motion, but it sure seems like TPL is pushing to get all of their ducks in a row. If you can them all to stand still for one moment, maybe they all fall at once....yes, and of course, anything can happen in court.
