1. Your oilfield example:

Please ask the guy, who invited his friends to invest in a great opportunity, at which prices his friends invested and if their investment forced the shareprice to rise SUBSTANTIALLY. 

The answer is obvious: This investment only made sense to them, IF they could buy at cheap prices without any effect to the shareprice (while buying).

So, having THIS group of investors at board wouldn't bring the shareprice up.

2. Do we know, what Patriot knows and does?

How can you know, that Patriot (equal to the guy you know) did and does not inform the right people (equaling his friends) to invest at these prices?

You know, that some people (including me) on this board think, that there must have been some bigger buyers in the last months AND the price was NOT rising, because this group of investment people you are speaking of do not want to buy at higher prices.

3. You are writing:

IMHO Patriot does not need and want investors, who like "those kind of deals".

To me it is more than obvious, that management did everything to get Patriot away from the OTC-mentality. Not meaning, that "your" group of investors are OTC-traders, I'm just saying, that we need LONGTERM investors.

4. "Superbowl":

The trial in Texas IS NOT the superbowl final for the Patriot - it's only the start to the superbowl games.

I'm very confident in our management, that they have "five-year-plan", which will bring us to the superbowl final in the next years = change to NASDAQ, a permanently growing umbrella and shareprices above 10,- $ and more.

Now, let's look, if this board can discuss points without insulting people with different opinions...and by the way I'm not native english speaking, so some things might come not exactly as I would write them in german.
