Ron - I know exactly what you mean by pitching patriot to private investors and of course it would make all the sense in the world to do this. However, I believe Patriot has agreed to sit on their hands per TPLs request. This is obvioulsy pure speculation on my part, but I just can't imagine that Turley would "refrain" from pitching to private investors "without" being urged to do so by TPL.

If this is not the case, I would be extremely disapointed in Turley and Patriot.
