Ron:
I believe Turley will be a more effective speaker than Pohl (No disrespect intended to Mr. Pohl, whom I greatly admire). Some people have the gift of gab sotospeak, to simplify complex ideas into jargon everyone may easily understand, and I believe Turley has it based on several conversations I have had with him one-on-one at the last two SHM.
Strangely, outside of this forum, numerous people have told me I should have been a stockbroker for the same reason. Lol
Secondly, I believe it is highly likely Turley will have private conversations with the "moneymen" afterward. The fruits of these proposed conversations may not reveal themselves until afterward the J3 issue is resolved.
OT: Am still perplexed about ARMHY. Some posters argue, ARM is no longer in our gunsights. I would hope this is only a temporary reprieve based on our current legal focus. I keep thinking of the "Pruning the Tree"analogy promulgated by "He that won't be named", trim the outer branches until you hit the center. Well, ARM is very powerful in the microprocessor area and should be harvested down the road. I surmise there are many microprocessors by ARM which infringe the MMP excluding the '584. Am sure TPL is aware of this.
We must confront ARM sooner or later for the big enchilada.
