Great post!

I've been away from the board for two or three weeks, as my family life has been very busy recently. My son got married a week ago and my many guests from out of town have returned home. Now, after all the parties and BBQs are over, I can finally check in on a regular basis again. I've missed reading all your posts :-)

The mood has definitely changed on the board. The energy and sense of excitement has gone. We seem to be waiting for a few things to take place ...... But, when all the ducks are in a row, I feel sure that it will happen for us. This isn't the time to lose heart. We all know about the power of positive thinking. It's so true.

We are kept in the loop by some great posters who faithfully keep us up to date on the latest pacers and information. Don't let the negative influences bring you down. I have always had a good feeling about this investment, and I still do. I know some of you will call me naive, or worse, but I have a gut feeling about it. Don't be discouraged. Keep the faith . :-)
