Brainstorming, I need your help! Everyone!

I hope all have had a great weekend. I bought my daughter a 2001 VW Jetta at an auto auction for $7600. I was proud to help her family with a nice ride.

Many superior posts have been written on this forum. Many times, however, the consistent focus on the company is lost on personal bickering, personal dissent when the real point of this forum is to provide a means of exchanging information and disagreeing to provide consensus. I like to joke and play but I work hard at keeping the peace in the family. I conduct myself this way at home as well as on this forum.

Listed below are my thoughts and brainstorming on our present circumstances. Although a neophyte, I believe there are some truths written and a little wisdom to improve our understanding of our position. I need your assistance for a much more refined understanding of the legal, financial and technical aspects of PTSC to comprehend our individual benefit, to clean up this forum and stop the bickering as well as provide a real marketing tool for PTSC which was a tool provided by David Pohl at company expense. If you are not with us “yur agin” us as they say in the hills and hollows of Kentucky and no need to apply. Fabrications and lies on PTSC to the positive or negative will not help. Your honest to goodness ideas to improve an imperfect company is what is needed. Think back to Friday when Nathan Hale (a really patriotic moniker) answered my request on ARM vs MMP. His reply was so well written that several people thanked him for his excellent response. He helped sell PTSC by furnishing an honest, intelligent response to my cry for assistance. Two other people responded prior to that, including Sophiegirl and d2006s. Although they didn’t understand my poorly written question they provided impressive replies that again generated much discussion, some from the legal and some from the financial perspective. This also helped me refine my question so that Nathan was able to satisfy the need. This is what we need. Dialogue that provides useful information with no one calling me an idiot or blowing up and saying PTSC sucks. If you understand and the product is good, you will inevitably sell the product. There are numerous significant providers of important/critical factual information like wolfpackvolt and his timely Pacer input and patent related news stories. Brainstorming, on the other hand, is the next most important thing we can do next to presenting the actual facts that Wolf provides which always takes first place. I appreciate discussion, with no animosity, condescension or patronizing behavior to ferret out what is real and what is a figment of mine/our imagination. Most write in much better detail and focus than I can.

I am trying to obtain some piece of mind regarding my investment and having fun and learning at the same time. All is possible. This is a sincere attempt to understand what is happening not so much inside our company which is privileged but the external factors that are causing our price to be at $0.49. I have only touched on a very few below. I believe this is a continuing story that continues to unfold chapter by chapter. We are still a year from completing the first book: PTSC: New Beginnings. This is a five book pentateuchal (I can’t resist) on the rise of a great company that will not be completed until long after my passing from this earth. I know there are people like Ease, SGE, all the 2006’s, Greeneyes, Gabbyco, fatwolit, Manor, billwilke, Nathan Hale, wolfpackvolt, futthewuk, Huntington, Sedley, Larscot, Rosewood, TTccrr, TOMMEEK, pappythom, Evolution, wazfactor, ignited, sexy sophiegirl, ronran, sdlittle, kiddtrader, Century,1rare1, IAMSAM, SDCraigo, dellbird, b-lunist, patientman, bartender, mvaar, albie, knixx99, bigplay, network, numbnuts, envexed, wings05,ptsczza, ads123, jldmt, uvagrad ( really plz pray for his wife), pcsreasy, stillpoint, artmilsguy, earwax, potofgold, jimbo, borredo, saber, payslyone, desertweary, ssord, braindead(what?), dingleberry and et al,et al,et al (sorry if I left your name off) that could help this brainstorming session along.

Developing Events

1. New BOD member. Decision seems near

2. 10 K Annual Report. 9 days away.

3. Pacer Submission by TPL to Judge Ward. Tomorrow?

4. ARM vs. MMP connection/differences. I think this has much greater implications than first blush would indicate.

5. Mediation or other settlement?

6. Acquisition, continuing development of PTSC Holdings, Holocom et al

7. Marketing. Beginning to show the globe the true value of MMP in respect to other microprocessor systems that have paid their owners billions and billions versus the outrageous, audacious national and international theft of microprocessor technology from Moore/Fish (Arch Conference et al marketing efforts) that will not allowed to be continued. Preeminence of clocking device that has literally been stolen by virtually everyone to increase speed in their devices to outperform their competitors, Use of Multiple Cores and Embedded Memory and the Multiple Instruction Fetch.

Now public knowledge, the Markman could be used for our benefit with TPL’s blessing. All the great things that have happened in the last year will soon be driven home to the people that really affect SP, the institutions and mutual funds. We need to get in Fidelity’s good graces as well as Motley Fool, Gardeners, Forbes

NEED HELP HERE. A good analogy (?) of MMP situation is needed. It will show up at the trial. Compare a robbery scene with the theft of the MMP portfolio. The Leckrones are excited and ready to go to trial. January is needed because as time continues more evidence is being uncovered on a daily basis on the unbelievable infringement that these companies have perpetrated. The longer we can wait the better off we will be at trial. Settlement would be best for all but that may not be possible. No, we don’t need tshirts although I would dearly like to see the ladies on U tube.

8. ARM Court Case: Possibly some infringement found (Nathan Hale 584 conclusions…”In my opinion, the ARM core architecture is closer to infringing on the 584 patent than any of the 11 referenced processors. I wonder if ARM wants to hurry this up and settle on their terms, because they believe that TPL will eventually prevail on the 584 rejection. ”

Possibly less infringement with core connection ( Apple and ARM ) vs. (Intel and AMD and MMP)???? but strong correlation of MMP, 336 and 148 with Japanese firms (in trial) (something they got for nothing) and numerous others on the majority of electronic equipment around the world using the patents without licensure..

9. Warrant Dissolution in 55 days. Superior news from PTSC. Autumn could be really exciting. This is the only Thanksgiving present I want. I don’t know about you. I need money to purchase Christmas presents. My wife, daughter and granddaughter are all high maintenance.

“We’re no patent trolls” period. End of story. If we were, I’d sell my shares now because there is no hope for the future growth of the company.

Preview: Spring Processor Forum's Theme Is Power-Efficient Design

By Tom R. Halfhill

“Intellasys comes next with "A New Multicore Architecture for High Performance and Low Power," by Charles Moore, chief technology officer. Intellasys is a Silicon Valley startup with an unorthodox multicore-processor architecture targeting distributed digital-media applications. Moore will introduce the architecture, describe the first core implementation, and reveal the first chip that integrates multiple instances of the core. The programming model of this architecture is particularly unusual. It's a dual stack-oriented design with an unbelievably small instruction set, and programmers will use a library of code objects written in a RISC version of ANSI Forth. “

(Information located above taken from article. These new developments do not directly help PTSC because Intellasys is privately owned by TPL. If it was publicly owned, ARM would be trying to add it to their holdings, never mind us. But guess what? There is no way that we or TPL could be designated a patent troll. It is absolutely totally out of the question!!! Chuck Moore is on his way to new and greater development with TPL and we are beginning to develop our own through Holocom. The !@#@$$$#%$#& smart ass who tried to call us a patent troll has to look no further than ARM to see how a billion dollar licensing firm operates (some call them evolutionary, well so are we you stupid person). PTSC is getting screwed. TPL is getting screwed and most of all Charles Moore is getting screwed.) Not only is the forward direction not that of a patent troll, but Jim Turley is working day and night to change the face of PTSC. This could be historic and our company has the distinct possibility of changing the whole direction of licensing and intellectual property for decades to come.)

I think we need to continue to look at the big picture. Patent reform and acquisitions will affect us either positively or negatively for years to come. Lets’ pray for the best result.

This is one reason why Jim Turley’s job is so difficult. He is building from the past to the future that includes use of the MMP portfolio for a whole new group of patents to be developed that PTSC can license but will have to develop without the services of Mr. Moore, who is not our employee. The technology that we own and are licensing can and will be used by the companies under our umbrella for the improvement of their products. The products PTSC develops, with the correct team, could be the trend setters well into the future. One major stumbling block for PTSC/TPL, reiterated, poor patent laws that could be passed into law by this Congress. The growth possibilities for PTSC are as far as the eye can see with the progressive leader we have at the helm, new board memberships and a well deserved retirement for the excellent support by board members Dr. Falk and Ms. Felcyn. The high tech board that Mr. Turley will bring in, a needed wall street financial adviser/banker and the legal expertise that is readily available will transform this company to something we won’t recognize. IMHO, a strong foundation is being built. Please review and provide a thoughtful brainstorm.

Finally, below I found this comprehensive article written with input fro October,1998, which is pretty comprehensive on microprocessors that some may find interesting. Thank you for reading this treatise, if I dare use such a word to describe what is written above.
