Can anyone tell me when this bill comes up for vote -- a month? 6 months? a year?

Also, what is the exposure for PTSC if it passes in its present form?

Might the 400 plus companies be waiting on the sidelines to see what happens with the reform? So instead of paying millions to PTSC for the MMP, might companies wait and hope for numbers that would be substantially less???
