There is a lot more at stake for ARM shareholders than their company is making them aware of. For one, their entire existence. At least we know the trouble we are in, they don't have a clue. We have just as good a chance of winning this trial as they do.
TPL is up to the challenge. IMVHO, I think settlement would be the best course for both companies because of the damages that might occur to either one. However, if for some reason ARM refuses settlement, TPL is ready to take them on and produce as much hurt as they take. ARM knows the score and TPL does to. We are building up for major conflict.
