Maybe you are right on specific parts. Especially technical questions in case of chip manufacturers arn't easy to handle as they try to keep the designs closed. In case of ARM, they are well introduced to our business and doing the same job with IP-lincenses. Therefore, ARM will be really a tricky one.

However, IMO T&T and TPL are professionals, too. They know how to handle such cases. Furthermore, they expecially sued 3 chip manufactures and not any system manufacturers first. Why do they take them first if they know the system manufacturers are much easier to do?

It seems to me TPL is playing a very well calculated game to veridict the MMP at the end. So preasure afterwards can be increased to other companies.
