When we first heard about the agreement to a stipulation relative to the 584, we all assumed TPL was letting ARM off the hook for the 584 and they would no longer be involved in the case.  Now we find the wording of the stipulation to be less that what everyone expected.  Have to wonder why TPL is seemingly giving ARM a hard time re the stipulation.  Are we looking to get something else in return?  Is there contemplation on the part of TPL that the right justification construction could be reversed on appeal?
