What I found interesting throughout ARM's "discussion" is how they repeatedly use the language "ARM vigorously opposes any effort by Plaintiffs to delay the trial by more than two months".  Does this mean that if we came back at them and said, "Okay, we only seek continuation by 59 days (less than two months)", that would be acceptable? LOL
