That my recollection may have had some over active imagination to it. I may have been swayed by the "obviousness" of such an exersize. I think this sort of thing has been done and just not talked about because of ongoing negotiations. Anyway sorry if my comment caused to much of a stir.....Looks like they want to take us down today.....Bummer.
