I am hoping that you and all else following this new legislative attempt and the KCR ruling on obviousness are not forgetting some very important facts. Those facts or line of thinking if you prefer are the Leckrones assertion at the SHM of the MMP's contribution percentage. I may be wrong but I believe they talked about "tearing down" different products then stripping them of the MMP putting them back together to see how well they worked afterward and determining the pecentage of contribution.
I think they determined that most cases showed very high percentage if not 100% in some. Personally I think this new legislation and or KCR decision will actually favor us as PTSC shareholders. I undersatand why the Leckrones are such advocates, they have ideas down the road for their own IP portfolio and want to protect it.
Obviously we shall see......Anyone else see it this way or care to comment on this subject covered by the Leckrones at the SHM?
