By the way 1: 

Did anyone notice, Mr. Turley speaking of "... Holocom Networks, which we acquired back in 2006."?

As we all know, Holocom was officially bought in the foresale at the beginning of february 2007, so IMHO this sentence shows, that the loan for Holocom in 2006 was never a loan, but the start of a takeover, at least the BOD saw it this way from the very beginning and the foresale was no "reaction" of securing the money - it was a brilliant plan starting in the middle/autumn of 2006.

And it shows, that we never know, what actually happens with Patriot today, we are always in a "delay-mode".

By the way 2: 

Patriot buys back the warrants until October - what if these are the complete 20mio warrants we know from the last proxy? Next question would be: Who sold all the shares since April, if it was NOT Swartz converting warrants to shares?
