Could be, but I personally don't expect any effect on the sahre price if the news comes out. Sahreholder wanna see now a solution of the TX case and the dark cloud "reex." should be ereased. IMO, all other news even good Q-reports aren't able to increase our weaken share price.

Hope to get proved the balck is white by Jim, but don't expect too much. As said in a former post: A good news is always counteried by a "bad" one, so we cannot go up.
