Didn't, First Mover Discounts have to do with "projected" revenues for the "life of the patents" paid out in One Lump Sum?

Maybe Roger Cook said if you make us take you to court, we will be seeking damages from almost 2 decades back (appears to be the case based on Pacer arguements) + another 9 years. That's like 26 years worth of damages.

I NEVER thought of it like that BUT, isn't that what could possibly be happening? 

And actually, WE all heard Mac say at the SHM (sorry to repeat myself, thinking out loud) that they WERE looking around in JUNK Yards for Stuff they don't make anymore.

Defense Literally says that WE are asking for Discovery that is almost decades old.

Patents run out in 2015.  Am I on the wrong track here? 

As others have said, there is a lot more going on (as always) behind the scenes, then we have any Clue on.
