Albie... With all due respect, S&L had recouped their initial investment within a year, & probably w/i 6 months. Especially when they were able to reprice $1 warrants to under a dime, and quarter warrants to under a nickel, and then all to 1.5 cents... and this is not taking into consideration that they also had the ability to short this stock, knowing full well what direction it was going to go when it moved. Would I have done it?? Good question... as it is I can sleep well at night... if I were a PIPE finacier, I'm not sure I could... but there seems to be a way to justify most things in today's world...

Eric... How 'bout you don't sell any of your 40 mil sh until we clear $2 and have the momo to absorb all of them as we climb from there?
