I realize that this is the 1 Billion Dollar Question and it has to be a "guess" or an "opinion" - I'm looking for an "educated" guess.

I think most patent infringement cases are typically settled out of court after the Markman Hearing. Based on what has already transpired, do you have an opinion on whether or not this case will actually go to trial?
